The Maternity Photoshoot Process
Booking Fee
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session in my schedule.
Style Your Session
Once the booking fee is paid, you will receive a link to your personalized catalog where you can select your gowns for the maternity session. The remaining balance will also be paid through the same catalog for your convenience.
Choose Your Images
Within 3–5 days after your session, you will receive an unedited proofing gallery to view and select your favorite images for editing. If you choose more images than are included in your package, additional images are available for $25 each or $100 for 10 images. Payment must be made before editing begins.
Save Your Memories
Within 5–7 days, I will carefully edit the images you selected. Your final images will be delivered via a private online link, where you may also order professional prints to beautifully preserve your memories.

When is the best time to schedule a maternity session?
The ideal time for a maternity session is between 32–37 weeks of pregnancy. During this window, your belly is beautifully round, and most moms still feel comfortable enough to enjoy the session.
What should I wear?
I provide a curated collection of maternity gowns designed to photograph beautifully. You are also welcome to bring your own outfit if you have something special in mind. Neutral tones, soft fabrics, and simple silhouettes work best for a timeless look.

Are partners or children allowed to join?
Yes. Partners and children are welcome to join for a portion of the session, creating meaningful family portraits in addition to individual maternity images.
Where do maternity sessions take place?
All maternity sessions take place in my studio, where lighting, styling, and atmosphere are carefully controlled to create soft, elegant, and timeless images.
How long does a maternity session last?
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, allowing time for outfit changes, gentle posing, and breaks as needed to keep you comfortable.
Do you provide posing guidance?
Absolutely. I will guide you through natural, flattering poses that highlight your belly and make you feel confident and beautiful throughout the session.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking your maternity session early in your second trimester to ensure availability, especially if you’d like to coordinate your maternity and newborn sessions.
Can I combine my maternity and newborn sessions?
Yes. Many clients choose to reserve both maternity and newborn sessions together to ensure a seamless experience and guaranteed availability after baby arrives.
When will I receive my images?
Your fully edited images will be delivered within one week after your session.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images depends on the package you select. Each package includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images, with upgrade options available.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
Professional hair and makeup are not included, but I’m happy to provide recommendations upon request.
What if I need to reschedule?
Your comfort and safety are important. If you’re not feeling well or need to reschedule due to pregnancy-related reasons, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll find a new date.
How do I book a maternity session?
You can reserve your session by completing the booking form on the website. A session is officially secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is received.
