The Photoshoot Process

Complete the reservation form, choose your session, and select your top three available dates.
2. Book
You’ll receive a booking link to complete your reservation with a $100 non-refundable booking fee.
3. Style
Browse the client wardrobe and prop catalog, choose your favorites, and pay your remaining session balance.
4. Select
View your private proofing gallery and select the images you’d like professionally edited.
5. Enjoy
Receive your finished gallery to download your images, share them with loved ones, and order beautiful heirloom prints and artwork.

What age is best for Family First Mini Sessions?
Newborn: Best within the first two weeks after birth.
Baby Minis: Available for babies 3-12 months.
Can newborns be photographed on their own during this session?
The Family First Mini Session is intended for newborn portraits with parents and siblings. Newborns are not photographed alone or posed in newborn props during this session. For individual, fully posed newborn portraits, please choose one of the regular Newborn Collections.
Can my baby be photographed alone if they are not a newborn?
Yes. Babies older than 3 months may be photographed alone as part of the Family First Mini Session. You may also add parents and siblings for $25 per additional family member.
Are outfits provided for newborns?
Outfits are not provided for newborns during Family First Mini Session. Newborns are photographed wrapped in a soft white “Cozy Cocoon” wrap for a simple, timeless look. The selection of nine studio outfits is available for older babies, not newborns.
Are outfits provided for babies?
Yes. You may choose from nine carefully selected baby outfits created to complement the soft, timeless style of the session. Available sizes and outfit choices will be provided before your session.
Is wardrobe available for moms?
Yes. A studio wardrobe is available for moms and includes a beautiful white skirt with a choice of four coordinating tops. Fit sizes Small -Large.
What should dads and siblings wear?
Simple neutral clothing photographs best with the white background. Cream, beige, white, soft brown, light gray, and muted natural tones are recommended. Avoid large logos, bright neon colors, busy patterns, and clothing with words or characters.
How many people can participate?
The base price of $175 includes baby only.
Parents and siblings may be added for $25 per person. Please provide the number and ages of everyone participating when booking so the session can be planned properly.
Are props included?
This session uses minimal props to preserve its clean and timeless appearance. Simple seating or carefully selected neutral pieces may be used when appropriate, but the focus will always remain on your family.
Do you provide Raw or unedited images?
No. RAW and unedited files are considered working material and are not provided. Every delivered portrait is carefully selected and professionally finished to reflect the quality and style of Yulia Moore Photography.
How long is the session?
The Family First Mini Session last up to 30 minutes. Because it is a mini session, the experience is intentionally simple and focused, allowing enough time to create a meaningful variety of portraits without becoming overwhelming for young children.
How many images are included?
The Family First Mini Session includes 5 professionally edited images selected from your private online gallery. Families who allow selected images from their session to be used in the Yulia Moore Photography portfolio will receive 5 additional edited images at no extra cost, for a total of 10 edited digital images.
Can I choose which images will be professionally edited?
Yes. After your session, you will receive a private online gallery where you can choose your favorite images for professional editing. Your package includes 5 edited images, or 10 total when portfolio permission granted.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes. Additional images are available for:
$100 for set of 10 images
or
$25 per image when purchasing fewer than 10.
When will I receive my images?
Your finished images will be delivered electronically within 5-7 days after your image selections are submitted.
Can pets be included in the session?
At this time, my studio is pet-free, so pets are not permitted during sessions.
